January Learn to Curl (6:30-8:30pm)

Due to high demand, the Boise Curling Club has added a second Learn to Curl on Sunday, January 7. Curling is one of the fastest growing Olympic sports in the country, and now is your chance to try this fun, competitive, friendly, social game. Cost is $35 per person for a session, which includes approximately 30 minutes of classroom time and 90 minutes of on-ice instruction. Aim to arrive at 6:30pm for an intro and safety briefing.

While all ages are welcome, curling stones weigh about 44 pounds and require a certain amount of weight and force to be successfully propelled down the ice. Therefore, we recommend that participants are 12 years or older. Modifications and delivery aids are available for participants with limited mobility.
