Sign Up Instructions

New User – First Time Setup

• Visit the new user sign up page here: New User
  
  
• Complete the requested information
  
  1. Name, email and emergency contact information are required
  2. Pick a username you'd like. The common format is FirstName-LastName, e.g. if your name is Joe Curler, try "Joe-Curler". This helps keeps members identifiable on the website
  3. Though not required, it's very helpful to provide your curling skill level and/or number of years curled. If you later register for a league as an individual, the drawmaster can place you with an appropriate group of curlers
     
     
• Click the "Sign Up" button

You will receive an email acknowledging your request. This message contains an email confirmation link. Please follow that link to prove your email address is valid! Your account cannot be activated until this step is complete.

Once your request is approved, you will receive another email with your user details. Please be patient as this is not an automated process. You should now be able to log into the website using your provided username and the password you chose. The login panel is in the top right of the page. Don't forget to use the username from the email, as an admin may have changed it from what you requested.

Existing User - Account Recovery

If you think you already have an account but don't remember your login information, use the following steps to recover it.

• Go to boisecurlingclub.org

• On the right hand side of the page you will see the Member Login area. On a mobile device, this may be at the bottom of the page. If you don't remember your username, click on "Forgot your username?"
  

• On the next page, do the following:
  • Check the box in front of "Lost Username"
  • Enter the email you think is associated with your account
  • Check "I'm not a robot" and complete the challenge to prove you're human
  • Click "Send Username"
    

• If your email was found linked to an existing account in the system, you will receive an email with your username. Don't forget to check your spam folder! If you do not receive an email, then no account exists with that email. You can try another email address, or follow the "New User" instructions above to set up your account
  
  
• If you don't remember your password, go to boisecurlingclub.org, and in the Member Login area, click "Forgot your password?"
  
  
• On the next page, do the following:
  • Check the box in front of "Lost Password"
  • Enter the username you received in the previous step
  • Enter the email you used in the previous step
  • Check "I'm not a robot" and complete the challenge to prove you're human
  • Click "Send Password"
    
    
    
• You should receive an email with your password
  
  
• You should now be able to log into the website using your recovered username and password, using the Member Login area
