Learn To Curls
Attendees who sign up for a Learn To Curl event may cancel their registration for a refund, minus payment provider fees, if a request for cancellation is emailed and received at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at least three weeks before the start of the Learn To Curl event. For example, if an event is scheduled for January 22 at 5pm, the cancellation request must be emailed by January 1 at 5pm.
Attendees may still request a cancellation within three weeks of a Learn To Curl event by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. If the event is full and a cancelled attendee can be backfilled from a waitlist, the entry fee is also refunded as above. In all other cases, the event fee will not be refunded.
There is no possibility to request roll-forwards or rain checks for future Learn To Curl events.
The unrecoverable portion of the payment provider's fee will vary, but currently is $3.92 on a $35 event.
Annual Memberships
Once purchased, annual club memberships are not refundable.
League Fees
Once paid, league fees are not refundable. If league games are cancelled by the club, the proportional amount of the league fee will be refunded. For example, if a ten game league cost $100 and two games are cancelled by the club, $20 will be refunded. Exceptions to this policy can be approved by the board.
