Learn To Curl – Feb 22

The Olympics are on their way and the Boise Curling Club is planning a large slate of Learn-To-Curl events in February and March! If you're interested in getting a head start on everyone else, come join us for our second event of 2026 on February 22! The club will be hosting a smaller group during some open ice we have that evening. We'll show you how to curl and all the rules of the games so you'll be an expert when it's on TV.

The cost is $40 per person for a session, which includes approximately 15 minutes of classroom time and 90 minutes of on-ice instruction. Aim to arrive at 7:00pm for the intro and safety briefing.

While all ages are welcome, curling stones weigh about 44 pounds and require a certain amount of weight and force to be successfully propelled down the ice. Therefore, we recommend that participants are 12 years or older. Modifications and delivery aids are available for participants with limited mobility.
